The OSCE is looking fora qualified candidate who will, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Supervisor, Text Control and Processing Unit, assist the work of the Russian Text Processing Unit.Your duties will be to type correspondence, conference documents, statements and journals of meetings, the monthly OSCE Newsletter, the Fact Sheet, Notes Verbales, and the OSCE Annual Reports; this will include complex tables and mathematical formulae and graphs; you will prepare advance drafts and make corrections until the final version of the text is accepted. You will also take dictation (directly from a translator or from a tape), proof-read and check work; you will type or re-type and/or convert documents into machine-readable form for inclusion in the OSCE electronic archives; you will maintain and update computer files and hard copy files of all documents typed.
